You may not use Caliplaces to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to: drug trafficking, prostitution, human trafficking, weapons trafficking, fraud, theft, or any other crime.

Harassment, Abuse, and Threats

Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats of violence, or abusive language directed at any user is prohibited. This includes:

• Personal attacks or insults
• Threats of harm or violence
• Coordinated harassment campaigns
• Unwanted contact after a user has declined further communication
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances

Fake Reviews and Ratings

You may not:

• Write false or fabricated reviews
• Rate services you have not actually used
• Post reviews on behalf of other users
• Manipulate ratings or reviews through paid schemes
• Request or pay users for positive reviews
• Write reviews while having a conflict of interest

Spam and Commercial Solicitation

You may not:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Advertise services or products unrelated to Caliplaces through messages
• Engage in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Send bulk emails or contact attempts to multiple users
• Use automated tools to collect email addresses for spam

Impersonation

You may not:

• Pretend to be another person or entity
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications
• Use another person's name, photo, or likeness without permission
• Create fake accounts to deceive other users
• Claim professional certifications you do not have

Data Scraping and Crawling

You may not:

• Use automated tools to extract or harvest user data
• Scrape content, listings, or pricing information
• Download user contact information for use outside Caliplaces
• Crawl, index, or monitor the Platform without permission
• Collect email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information

Circumventing Security Measures

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Caliplaces systems
• Bypass security features, firewalls, or access controls
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the Platform
• Test security systems without permission
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code

Harmful or Offensive Content

You may not post or share:

• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
• Graphic violence or gore
• Sexual or erotic content (except as legally permitted in-context)
• Content sexualizing or exploiting minors
• Self-harm or suicide promotion material
• Disinformation or deliberately false information

Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not:

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
• Use content without proper attribution or permission
• Claim ownership of another person's work
• Circumvent copyright protection measures

Fraudulent Bookings

You may not:

• Book services with no intention of using them
• Use fraudulent payment methods
• Initiate chargebacks for legitimate services received
• Manipulate the booking or payment system
• Create fake bookings to artificially boost ratings

Off-Platform Payments

To protect all users and ensure platform integrity, you may not:

• Request or accept payments outside Caliplaces
• Ask users to transfer payment methods to avoid Caliplaces fees
• Provide bank details, cryptocurrency addresses, or payment apps
• Circumvent Caliplaces dispute resolution by going off-platform
• Share contact information to move transactions off-platform

All payments must be processed through Caliplaces to maintain user protection and platform integrity.
